With every event Captain Ice Cream attends, he sees the same three things happen: 1) The crowd drools over his sparkling white Ice Cream Moped with its gleaming billboards, 2) The people enjoy the tasty ice cream treats, 3) The buzz turns to "the good ol' days".
Captain Ice Cream
says, "After working in the corporate
world for sooo long, the opportunity for me to be
independent and to have freedom while also
putting smiles on the faces of kids and old timers can't be beat! Can you believe it?
I'm making a living and having fun, too!"
"Sure, it's a
business. And, why not?! My mission
is to bring back the type of business that we
baby boomers and our parents
remember. Who didn't love the
family outings to the local ice cream shoppe? The
soda jerks were amazing! I loved their
uniforms! And what about the cool old ice cream trucks with their clang-clang bells? No matter how they got it, everyone loved the ice
cream. And now, we cherish those memories."
"My grandmother and mother both owned and ran ice cream parlors in Scranton, Pennsylvania. I saw the older kids come in every day to get their ice cream. They couldn't wait to get their ice cream treats! That's the experience I'm recreating...just with a groovy bright-white moped for more mobility. Now, I can go anywhere the ice cream lovers are!"
Nostalgia has been hot for years and will continue to be! Captain Ice Cream wants everyone to be a part of this nostalgic experience.
But, how is that possible?
"It's so unbelievably easy!" says, Captain Ice Cream. "The nostalgic ice cream experience is important - especially for people who don't know what it is. I want to bring it to them. The way I want to do this is to deliver brand-new gleaming white Ice Cream Mopeds to people who want to be ice cream vendors - just like me."
"But, to be able to share this nostalgic experience, I have to manufacture the Ice Cream Mopeds... And for this, investors are essential. Without investors who share this same vision and those wonderful memories of eating ice cream treats on hot days with their friends, this whole experience to a new generation will remain nothing but a happy memory. And once we're gone, those memories are gone. We cannot let that happen! Those happy ice cream memories need to be a integral part of every generation. We can provide those memories!"
